1. Refund Eligibility

We are committed to providing leads that meet the highest quality standards. To achieve this, we personally call each customer to verify their home renovation requirements. As a result, refunds are not provided once a customer has been verified. However, refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances
  • Invalid Contact Information: If the provided lead contains incorrect or non-working contact details (e.g., invalid phone number, non-existent email address).
  • Duplicate Leads: If you receive a lead that has already been delivered to you within the past 30 days.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that the following services are non-refundable:

  • Leads that were successfully contacted customer, but do not secure the job

  • Budget Concerns: Leads that you claim do not align with your quoted budget will not be eligible for refunds or adjustments.

  • Leads that were mistakenly purchased due to user error.
  • Leads that were provided as part of promotional or discounted offers.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit your request within 2 days of receiving the lead. if we found your concern valid, we will first offer you new lead instead of refund.
  2. If those leads still fall under refund policy,  such as Invalid Contact Information, Duplicate Leads.
  3. Provide valid evidence to support your claim, such as screenshots, call logs, or email correspondence.
  4. Send your refund request to info@leadharvestor.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Order Number].”

Our team will review your request and respond within 7-10 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 10-20 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Changes to Refund Policy

Lead Harvestor reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.
